I didn't receive the verification email

First of all, thank you for signing up for 360 Cities. If you haven't received your verification email after signing up to confirm your email address you will continue to see the big and annoying message in your account dashboard.

If you cannot find the email in your inbox:

Step 1: Please check your spam folder (this can also be called Junk email, ...)

Step 2: Try to change your email address in your account settings, you will receive a new email to your new address

A note for a very unfortunate situation: You didn't activate your email address and lost your password
Oops. This means you cannot reset your password - you will not receive the reset password email. Please contact us in this case. We need to resolve this manually.

Please note that we are not able to deliver messages to some specific email providers with unusual security settings (usually within companies, etc.). If your email address does not work, please try to change it to a different address.
